At the end of a busy day we are officially lauched and the first students have registered Online. We have already received feedback from a student who was amazed how easy it was to navigate the site. So far, so good.

I have been stuck for 50 minutes after payment for my modules. "MY Profile" still says "In Progress." Needs tweaking.

My sincerest apologies. It appears that what I need to do is to click on the module name after payment has been made.It was just that when I logged into MY Profile and saw the dollar signs (ok, pound sterling), I assumed it was a bill awaiting payment which was electronically "In Progress") Perhaps a note at the bottom of that screen saying "You may now begin by clicking on the name of the course you have registered and paid for" might prevent others from making my mistake. But I doubt there are few as Internet-unsavvy as me. It appears now that "In Progress refers" to me being in progress with thee course material. At this point, I am only "In Process"..... Thank you again. The fault was all mine.

Content: have completed 2 units in The Doctrine of God module in the last two days, which I enjoyed tremendously. I was pleasantly taken aback by the level of difficulty, which I enjoyed. I had tried a free, dry run module offered by Moody Bible Institute, which was pitched at a more simple level, I think. Navigation issues: Once I got used to the navigating around the online site, I was okay. I do find that the site not allowing one to open in a different tab a little strange. If you can, then you can toggle between pages easily. As it is know, one has to go BACK a few times to get to some previosu page.

Are students expected to record in the learning journal their responses to the "MORTAR BOARD" prompt which does not seem to have been explained anywhere and isn't the TASK icon or the REFLECTION icon either?<br><br><br><br>

The mortar board icon is just an opportunity at the end of the unit to review what you have LEARNED. You don't have to record anything in your learning journal relating to this but perhaps you would want to, e.g., "I found the section about....particularly interesting and would like to read further about..." etc. The learning journal we hope will aid your ongoing learning. Does that help? You are right we need to explain the mortar board icon! Thank you. Debra
