Thanks Alan.  While you have to enrol for either the Certificate in Theology OR the Certificate in Preaching you can take additional modules from the alternative list of modules.  However, you could not assume that you would gain credits for a module which is not listed for the Course for which you are enrolled.  We would have to ask special permission for you to substitute a module from one course by a module from elsewhere.  I suggest you send me an email outlining what you want to do and why and if there is any possibility your chosen selection of modules might be permitted I will let you know.
